Cancellation Policy
To respect both our clients’ time and our schedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service charge.
Clients with prepaid packages who miss an appointment or cancel late will forfeit that session from their package.
